("Rexa", "we", "us", "our") is an IRDAI-licensed direct insurance broker (License No. 611, Life & General) headquartered at G4, Swathi Court, 22/43 Vijayaraghava Road, T Nagar, Chennai – 600017, with a branch office at 2nd Floor, 409, ITI Layout 3rd Phase, Phase 3, Nayanda Halli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560039. This policy covers the website www.rexabroking.com and any forms hosted on it.

2. Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us. Depending on how you use this site, that may include:

• Contact & enquiry details — name, company name, work email, phone number, the type of cover you're asking about, and any message you type into our enquiry form.
• Policy & risk information — if you later share details for a quote or renewal (e.g. asset values, employee headcount, existing coverage), we collect only what's needed to place or service that cover.
• Technical data — standard web request data such as browser type and IP address, generated automatically when you load the site or submit a form.

We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics cookies, or sell any data to third parties. Our on-site assistant ("Raksha") runs entirely in your browser to route you to the right page — anything you type into it is not transmitted to us or any server.

4. Sharing & third parties

• Form processing — enquiry form submissions are relayed to our inbox via FormSubmit, a third-party form-to-email service; message content passes through their infrastructure in transit.
• Spam protection — our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to filter automated submissions.
• Fonts — this site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which may log basic request data (e.g. IP address) as part of serving that request.
• Regulators & law enforcement — where legally required, including IRDAI and courts of competent jurisdiction.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

5. Cookies & local storage

This site uses your browser's local storage (not tracking cookies) to remember a small number of on-site preferences — for example, whether you've dismissed a promotional banner, or whether you've already seen the Raksha assistant's intro message.
