1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using www.rexabroking.com (the "Site"), operated by Rexa Insurance Broking Services Pvt. Ltd. ("Rexa", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What this Site is — and isn't

Rexa is an IRDAI-licensed direct insurance broker (License No. 611, Life & General). This Site is an informational and lead-generation platform: it describes our services, lets you request a quote or callback, and shares general information about insurance products.

• Nothing on this Site is itself an insurance policy, a binding quote, or a guarantee of coverage. Cover only comes into force once an insurer has issued a policy on agreed terms.
• Content on the Site is general in nature and does not account for your specific circumstances. It is not a substitute for personalised advice from one of our licensed advisors.
• Rexa acts as an intermediary between you and insurers; the insurer, not Rexa, underwrites the risk and is contractually liable for claims under the policy.

3. Using the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its data, or related systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or overload the Site.
• Use the Site in any way that infringes another person's rights or applicable law.

4. Accounts & enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, quote request, or message through the Site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you're authorised to share it (for example, on behalf of your employer, where relevant).

5. Intellectual property

The Site's text, design, logos, and graphics belong to Rexa or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference, but may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our written permission.

6. Third-party links & services

The Site may link to, or rely on, third-party services (for example, insurer sites, Google Fonts, Google reCAPTCHA, or our form-processing provider). We don't control these third parties and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices — their own terms and privacy policies apply.

7. No warranty

8. Limitation of liability

You agree to indemnify Rexa against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these terms.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will always reflect the current version — continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
